    When a parent's next season lands on you

    The house has gotten to be too much. There's a lifetime of things to go through, a move to plan, and a parent who's tired and doesn't want to let anyone down. You're trying to manage it all from a distance, around your own job and your own life.

    Doing it yourself usually means hiring about a dozen people: an organizer, a cleaner, packers, movers, a reseller, a donation pickup, a junk hauler, an unpacker, a second cleaner, a handyman, a pet sitter, and someone to help with the paperwork. Then you're the one keeping all of them on track.

    Or you call me. I handle all of it, and you just get to be their kid again.

    For 14 years I've made more than 11,000 visits inside people's homes, and some families have trusted me for three generations. I've been in the house before the move, during the hard part, and after it. I know how to keep things moving without rushing anyone, and I know that a move like this is about a person, not a pile of things.

    Three ways to work together

    The Reset starting at $1,500

    The home gets calm and livable again, right now.

    • A full deep clean and reset of the current home
    • Shared spaces sorted with your parent, not around them
    • A clear, comfortable place to live while the next steps get decided

    If clearing is needed before cleaning can start, that's quoted after the walkthrough.

    The Move starting at $7,500

    Everything in The Reset, plus the whole move from start to finish.

    • Sorting with your parent, starting with what belongs in the next home and working backward
    • A plan for where every other item goes: family, sell, donate, or haul
    • Careful packing with labeled, QR-coded boxes so nothing gets lost
    • Move day managed on site
    • Unpacking and setting up the new home so it feels like theirs on day one
    • And a final clean of the old house

    The Whole Season starting at $9,500

    Everything in The Move, plus support for the whole season.

    • Regular visits and cleans until move day, so home stays calm the whole time
    • Updates by text and photo, so you always know what's happening
    • Coordination with trusted partners for senior living placement and selling the house
    • One person to call for all of it

    How it works

    1. The First Visit: I come by, meet your parent, and listen. No sales pitch.
    2. Your plan: within 24 hours you get a written plan built around what I heard, and your parent sees it before anything starts.
    3. Hold your dates: a 50% deposit reserves your dates on my calendar.
    4. I handle it: you get updates, and your parent gets a calm, respectful move.

    Good to know

    • Prices are "starting at" and are finalized after the walkthrough.
    • Movers and hauling are billed separately, at cost, through trusted partners.
    • Referrals to senior living placement and real estate partners are free to you.
